High-quality plant-based meat substitute with 50% protein content. It has a high nutritional value and its amino acid composition is very close to the protein composition of the muscle tissue of meat. The pieces have a flat rectangular appearance with a porous layered fiber structure. The size of the pieces is approximately 10-20 x 70-80 mm. The high quality and quantity of proteins allow this product to be used in the preparation of dietary and vegetarian dishes.
15-20 minutes before use, it should be soaked with lukewarm water in a ratio of 1:2.
